1. Software Development / Phát triển phần mềm

- Develop, maintain, and improve internal applications using C# (.NET) and Python./ Phát triển, bảo trì và nâng cấp các ứng dụng nội bộ bằng C# (.NET) và Python.

- Design and build APIs, services, and integration tools to connect internal systems (ERP, database, automation tools)./ Thiết kế và xây dựng API, dịch vụ và các công cụ tích hợp để kết nối các hệ thống nội bộ (ERP,

cơ sở dữ liệu, công cụ tự động hóa).

2. Database Management / Quản lý cơ sở dữ liệu

- Design, develop, and optimize database structures and queries for systems using SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, and PostgreSQL./ Thiết kế, phát triển và tối ưu cấu trúc cơ sở dữ liệu và truy vấn cho các hệ thống sử dụng SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB và PostgreSQL.

- Ensure data integrity, performance, and security of databases./ Đảm bảo tính toàn vẹn dữ liệu, hiệu năng và bảo mật của hệ thống cơ sở dữ liệu.

3. AI Integration & Automation / Tích hợp AI & tự động hóa

- Integrate AI models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude into internal systems and workflows./ Tích hợp các mô hình AI như ChatGPT, Gemini và Claude vào các hệ thống và quy trình nội bộ.

- Develop AI-based tools such as chatbots, knowledge assistants, and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency./ Phát triển các công cụ dựa trên AI như chatbot, trợ lý tri thức và workflow tự động nhằm nâng

cao hiệu quả vận hành.

4. DevOps & CI/CD / DevOps & CI/CD

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment of applications./Triển khai và duy trì CI/CD pipeline để hỗ trợ tích hợp và triển khai phần mềm liên tục.

- Manage source code repositories and version control systems (Git)/ Quản lý kho mã nguồn và hệ thống kiểm soát phiên bản (Git).

5. System Support & Improvement / Hỗ trợ và cải tiến hệ thống.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software applications, integrations, and databases./ Phân tích và xử lý các sự cố liên quan đến ứng dụng, tích hợp hệ thống và cơ sở dữ liệu.

- Propose and implement improvements to optimize system performance, automation, and digital transformation initiatives./Đề xuất và triển khai các cải tiến nhằm tối ưu hiệu năng hệ thống, tự động hóa và thúc đẩy chuyển đổi số trong doanh nghiệp.

6. Documentation & Collaboration / Tài liệu hóa và phối hợp.

- Prepare technical documentation for developed systems, integrations, and deployment processes./Chuẩn bị tài liệu kỹ thuật cho các hệ thống, tích hợp và quy trình triển khai.

- Work closely with internal departments to understand business requirements and deliver appropriate IT solutions./Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các phòng ban để hiểu nhu cầu nghiệp vụ và triển khai các giải pháp CNTT phù hợp.

I/ QUALIFICATIONS/ CHỨNG CHỈ:

1. Academic Qualifications / Trình độ học vấn:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field./Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Khoa học máy tính, Kỹ thuật phần mềm hoặc các ngành liên quan.

- Candidates with strong practical experience may be considered even if academic background differs./Ứng viên có kinh nghiệm thực tế tốt có thể được xem xét ngay cả khi chuyên ngành đào tạo khác.

2. Professional Certifications (Preferred) / Chứng chỉ chuyên môn (Ưu tiên):

- Certifications related to .NET Development, Python Programming, or Software Development are an advantage./Có các chứng chỉ liên quan đến .NET Development, Python Programming hoặc Software Development là một lợi thế.

- Certifications related to Database Administration or Data Management (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) are preferred./Có các chứng chỉ liên quan đến quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu hoặc quản lý dữ liệu (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL…) là một lợi thế.

3. DevOps & Cloud Certifications (Optional) / Chứng chỉ DevOps & Cloud (Tùy chọn):

Certifications related to DevOps, CI/CD, or Cloud platforms are considered a plus./Có các chứng chỉ liên quan đến DevOps, CI/CD hoặc nền tảng Cloud là một lợi thế.

II/ EXPERIENCE/ KINH NGHIỆM:

1. Professional Experience / Kinh nghiệm làm việc:

- At least 3–5 years of experience in software development using C# (.NET) and/or Python./Có ít nhất 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong phát triển phần mềm sử dụng C# (.NET) và/hoặc Python.

2. Database Experience / Kinh nghiệm cơ sở dữ liệu:

-Experience working with relational database systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL./Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu quan hệ như SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB hoặc PostgreSQL.

- Ability to write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures./Có khả năng viết và tối ưu SQL query, stored procedure và cấu trúc cơ sở dữ liệu.

3. AI & System Integration Experience / Kinh nghiệm tích hợp AI và hệ thống:

- Experience integrating AI models such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude into applications or business workflows is an advantage./Có kinh nghiệm tích hợp các mô hình AI như ChatGPT, Gemini hoặc Claude vào ứng dụng hoặc quy trình nghiệp vụ là một lợi thế.

- Experience developing APIs or integrating multiple systems./Có kinh nghiệm phát triển API hoặc tích hợp nhiều hệ thống với nhau.

4. DevOps & CI/CD Experience / Kinh nghiệm DevOps & CI/CD:

- Experience working with Git-based version control systems and CI/CD pipelines./Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với hệ thống quản lý mã nguồn Git và CI/CD pipeline.

- Experience deploying applications on Windows Server or Linux environments is an advantage./Có kinh nghiệm triển khai ứng dụng trên Windows Server hoặc Linux là một lợi thế.

5. Industry Experience (Preferred) / Kinh nghiệm ngành (Ưu tiên) :

- Experience working with ERP systems, manufacturing systems, or enterprise software is preferred./Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc với hệ thống ERPNext/ERP Epicor, hệ thống sản xuất hoặc phần mềm doanh nghiệp.

SKILLS/ KỸ NĂNG:

1. Programming Skills / Kỹ năng lập trình

- Proficient in C# (.NET) and/or Python for developing enterprise applications and system integrations./ Thành thạo C# (.NET) và/hoặc Python để phát triển ứng dụng doanh nghiệp và tích hợp hệ thống.

- Strong understanding of object oriented programming (OOP) and software development principles./Có hiểu biết tốt về lập trình hướng đối tượng (OOP) và các nguyên tắc phát triển phần mềm.

2. Database Skills / Kỹ năng cơ sở dữ liệu

- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database design./Có kiến thức tốt về SQL và thiết kế cơ sở dữ liệu quan hệ.

- Ability to design, query, and optimize databases using SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQL./Có khả năng thiết kế, truy vấn và tối ưu cơ sở dữ liệu sử dụng SQL Server, MySQL, MariaDB hoặc PostgreSQL.
