IT Technical Coordinator L1 French speaking

Working in an international context, the IT Technical Coordinator collaborates closely with all the technical teams and performs various actions as part of the Maintenance in Operational Condition.

His / her usual tasks are :

• Monitoring (ITSM tools, monitoring platforms, shared mailboxes)
• Ticket analysis + handling when in scope of L1 team
• Ticket processing + escalation when necessary
• Answering phone calls in English
• Performing daily checks
• Sending of reports and digital communication

He / she will have access to many tools widespread on the market : Service-Now, SAP, Datadog, Veeam, ESET, ...
There are many possibilities of evolution perspectives.

• Bachelor's or equivalent level in Computer Science
• English (TOEIC 600 or higher), French speaking is a plus
• Working experience in user support (Help Desk) or customer support
• Good logical thinking, fast learner, reliable and proactive
