• Tiếp nhận và xử lý các yêu cầu hỗ trợ kỹ thuật từ người dùng.
  Provide technical support and resolve users’ IT requests.

• Cài đặt, cấu hình và xử lý sự cố liên quan đến máy tính, phần mềm và thiết bị CNTT.
  Install, configure and troubleshoot computers, software and IT equipment.

• Theo dõi, vận hành và hỗ trợ hệ thống IT Infrastructure, Server và Network tại nhà máy.
  Monitor, operate and support the factory’s IT infrastructure, servers and network systems.

• Hỗ trợ người dùng trong quá trình sử dụng các phần mềm và ứng dụng của công ty.
  Support users in operating the company’s software and applications.

• Quản lý tài khoản người dùng, quyền truy cập và các thiết bị CNTT được bàn giao.
  Manage user accounts, access permissions and assigned IT equipment.

• Theo dõi, ghi nhận và xử lý các sự cố CNTT nhằm bảo đảm hệ thống hoạt động ổn định.
  Track, record and resolve IT incidents to ensure stable system operation.

• Phối hợp với nhà cung cấp và các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý sự cố khi cần thiết.
  Coordinate with vendors and relevant departments to resolve technical issues when required.

• Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp quản lý.
  Perform other duties assigned by the line manager.

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học.
  University graduate.

• Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng Anh trong công việc.
  Able to communicate and work in English.

• Có từ 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí IT Support hoặc vị trí tương đương.
  At least three years of experience in IT Support or a similar position.

• Có kinh nghiệm về IT Infrastructure, Server, Network và Application.
  Experience in IT infrastructure, servers, networks and applications.

• Có khả năng phân tích và xử lý sự cố kỹ thuật.
  Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Có tinh thần hỗ trợ, trách nhiệm và chủ động trong công việc.
  Service-minded, responsible and proactive at work.

• Có khả năng giao tiếp và phối hợp tốt với người dùng cùng các bộ phận liên quan.
  Good communication and coordination skills with users and relevant departments.
