Product Manager (BMS), VNG Solutions

VNG Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to lead the ongoing development of solutions focused on real estate, transportation. The position will report directly to the General Manager and will provide an entire overview of the product development.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and articulate a clear product strategy that aligns with business goals and market needs.
• Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer feedback, market trends, and technical considerations.
• Possess a technical background to effectively communicate with development teams, understand technical complexities, and make informed decisions. Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch. Define user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors. Advocate for the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
• Serve as the product evangelist both internally and externally. Communicate the value proposition of the product to sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs. Translate insights into actionable product strategies.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach to product development. Facilitate communication and foster a collaborative environment.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully bringing products to market.
• Preferred experience of software development with Building Management Systems and the construction/ real estate sector.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior.
• Proven experience working with agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• English proficiency in written and spoken.
