Sales Consultant

• Introduce and offer the company’s services to customers, give them a proper consultation and the services’ quotations to get order closing via live chat after taking on customers from the Marketing team

• Receive customers’ technical requests and transfer them to the technical support team

• Cooperate with the technical support team in identifying, reporting and resolving technical problems arising when customers use the service

• Follow potential customers after live chat via email

• Daily report the new customer list and personal revenue to the manager

• Proficient in English speaking and writing skills: Ielts 6.0 or Toeic 750.

• Have good communication skill.

• Self-study, independent work and good teamwork skills.

• Experience in sales/ basic IT knowledge/ e-commerce is an advantage.

• Income: Basic Salary: 10.000.000 - 15.000.000 VND/month (KPI) +Bonus + Commissions + Computer Allowance
