SAP BASIS CONSULTANT (Juniors / Mid-Level / Seniors)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP BASIS Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support, maintain, and optimize SAP system landscapes while working closely with functional and technical teams. This role is well-suited for someone with strong English communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong eagerness to learn and grow in the SAP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and support SAP systems (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, SAP Solution Manager, etc.)
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Manage user administration, roles, and authorizations
• Support SAP kernel upgrades, patching, transports, and system refreshes
• Ensure system availability, reliability, and security
• Assist with backup, restore, and disaster recovery activities
• Work collaboratively with functional teams, developers, and infrastructure teams
• Document system configurations, procedures, and changes accurately
• Follow operational procedures and comply with IT policies and standards

Required Qualifications

• Basic to good knowledge of SAP BASIS administration
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and structured working style
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and improve skills
• Ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and HANA databases
• Exposure to Linux/Unix operating systems
• Understanding of SAP system architecture
• SAP BASIS certification
• Experience working in a support or project-based environment
