Job Descriptions

  • Provide IT support during business hours, ensuring continuity of service
  • Conduct remote setup and device enrollment for new and existing employees
  • Monitor inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses, accessories, etc.
  • Assist with timely hardware and software upgrades as required
  • Provide training to employees on company systems and programs, and retrain as needed
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation
  • Special projects as assigned

Job Requirement

  • 1-3+ years of experience in IT with a focus on end user support
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 products
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation
  • Willingness to solve problems
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Relevant certifications in IT service management and IT asset management (ITIL framework) a plus
  • Base in HCMC and work onsite
