- Provide IT support during business hours, ensuring continuity of service
- Conduct remote setup and device enrollment for new and existing employees
- Monitor inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses, accessories, etc.
- Assist with timely hardware and software upgrades as required
- Provide training to employees on company systems and programs, and retrain as needed
- Maintain infrastructure documentation
- Special projects as assigned
