IT Business Analyst (Fresher - Middle Level)

Fresher/Junior (1-2 yoe):

• Actively involved in Pre-sales and Development phases of projects, working closely with Business Development and Delivery Teams.
• Collect, assess, and analyze customer requirements for software projects. 
• Contribute to the development of design and business analysis documentation for the project. 
• Assist in project planning, clearly defining the steps and resources needed for the project. 
• Collaborate closely with different operation teams to ensure seamless communication with clients.
• Participate in UAT testing to ensure that it meets customer criteria and requirements. 
• Coordinate with other project team members under the supervision of the direct team leaders and daily engage with overseas customers.

Middle (3-5 yoe):

• Participate in pre-sales activities
• Lead end-to-end business analysis for small-medium-sized projects.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Translate business goals into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work with product, engineering, QA, and operations to ensure solution clarity.
• Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and process improvements.
• Support UAT, business readiness, and go-live activities.
• Challenge assumptions, resolve conflicts, and manage competing priorities.
• Mentor junior BAs and improve analysis practices.

• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst at Software Outsourcing companies.
• Solid knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices
• Experience in CRM/ERP, mobile application development
• Good at using UI/UX design tools, User flows, DB diagrams, such as Figma, InVision, Sketch, Adobe XD…
• Having an IT, Data, or UI/UX design background, or a similar foundation, is a plus.
• Basic understanding of database structures and system integration.
• Ability to understand, write clear and detailed technical documents (SRS, BRD) and review these documents in both English and Vietnamese.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details
• Strong critical thinking skills and problem-solving mindset.
• Able to self-learn and research, take ownership of assignments, and work well both independently and in teams.
• Able to work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in English (4 skills)

Middle (3-5 yoe):

Must-have skills:

• 3-5 years in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role.
• Very good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving.
• Ability to work well in ambiguity and drive clarity.
• Strong business judgment and ownership.
• Advanced to fluent English as you will work mainly with English speaking clients.
• Good foundation knowledges on IT systems such as DB design, API…

Nice-to-have skills:

• Domain expertise in education, ERP, CRM, finance, professional service sectors
• Familiar with AI tools used for IT BA
• Have practical knowledge in prompt engineering and other core elements of AI foundation
