JOB SUMMARY

- To support officers monitor and maintain the computer system and networks of Averna VN/

- Hỗ trợ nhân viên giám sát, bảo trì hệ thống máy tính và mạng của Averna VN

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Installing and configuring computer hardware OS and application

Cài đặt và cấu hình hệ điều hành phần cứng máy tính và ứng dụng

- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

Giám sát và bảo trì hệ thống máy tính và mạng

- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

Khắc phục sự cố hệ thống và mạng và chẩn đoán và giải quyết các lỗi phần cứng hoặc phần mềm

- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant report

Cung cấp hỗ trợ, bao gồm tài liệu thủ tục và các báo cáo liên quan

- Setting up new user’s accounting and profile and dealing with password

Thiết lập tài khoản và mật khẩu cho nhân viên mới

- Testing and evaluating new technology

Thử nghiệm và đánh giá công nghệ mớ

- Managing & implement other equipment related to IT such as security door, CCTV…

Quản lý & triển khai các thiết bị khác liên quan đến CNTT như cửa an ninh, camera quan sát...

- Report to IT Manager

-     University & College/  Đại học & Cao Đẳng

-     Computer Science/ Tin học 

2.      Kinh nghiệm/ Experience

-     No experience required/ Fresher

      Không cần kinh nghiệm/ Mới tốt nghiệp

-     Capable of working in English through email, basic communication. Read and write on average

      Có khả năng làm việc bằng tiếng anh qua email, giao tiếp cơ bản, đọc viết trung bình

• Windows 10 Professional
• Windows Server 2014
• MS Office Application

-  Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with end-user to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.
