1.1 Assess Company’s needs, provide technical advice and support during negotiations with computer vendors
1.2 Supervise system / applications development
1.3 Manage systems / applications installation and maintenance
1.4 Study software packages, detect and address application problems, set procedure to solve problems
1.5 Analyze, implement and maintain all systems, networks and applications
1.6 Responsible for all company computer hardware and software inventory. Keep all PCs clean and secure from physical damage. Keep all guarantee issued by hardware/ software distributors for reference.
1.7 Train users on system / software utilization and provide technical support, solve user’s problems
1.8 Manage network system and recommend computer configurations to optimize available resources
1.9 Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
1.10 Setting up accounts for new users
1.11 Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
1.12 Ensure the smooth functioning of all IT infrastructure such as servers and network connections, besides hardware and software
1.13 Ensuring security of the physical and virtual components of Information Technology such as security of the server rooms and installing virus protections and firewalls
1.14 Organizing data, storing them securely and creating backups
1.15 Monitor budget of the IT department
1.16 Recommend and qualify computer vendors / consultants
1.17 Develop EDP policy, standards, norms and procedures
1.18 Project work as assigned
