Our partner is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, develop strategic customer relationships, and expand enterprise adoption of cloud, DevOps, and AI solutions. Job Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and enhance the capabilities of the sales team to achieve business growth objectives and performance goals.
- Establish and maintain relationships with enterprise customers, including senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Identify, evaluate, and convert new business opportunities while maintaining a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Create and implement sales strategies that support organizational objectives.
- Work closely with solution consulting, technical, and marketing functions to provide customer-focused solutions.
- Promote customer adoption of the company’s technology offerings through a consultative sales approach.
- Conduct commercial negotiations and finalize agreements that create mutual value for both customers and the organization.
- Present and communicate business value related to cloud modernization, operational automation, and AI-driven transformation.
- Assess customer operational requirements and recommend scalable and effective solutions.
- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline status, forecasts, and performance indicators to management.
