IT Senior Staff

I/ Key Responsibilities:

• Provide user support for PCs, printers, software, and network at site and office.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems (Email, PCs, software, devices, LAN, Wi-Fi, Internet).
• Manage and maintain Server, SAP/ERP systems, including backup and disaster recovery.
• Manage CCTV systems and related network/infrastructure.
• Support server systems, backup, and data recovery processes.

II/ Job Requirements:

1.      Education:

• University degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

2. Experience:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Experience in manufacturing or factory environments is preferred.
• Experience working with VPN systems and enterprise systems (SAP/ERP).

3. Knowledge:

• Knowledge of computer hardware and Windows operating systems.
• Understanding of network systems (LAN/WAN/TCP/IP).
• Knowledge of VPN, server systems, and data backup.
• Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP and cybersecurity.

4. Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and user support skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good time management skills.
• Attitude: Integrity, Innovation, growth mindset.
