Business Intelligence & Analytics
• Develop reports/dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators
and other business metrics.
• Produce ad-hoc analyses and business insights to support commercial,
operational, and financial initiatives.
• Use business acumen and analytical thinking to identify, validate, and prioritize
users’ data and reporting needs.
Data Management & Data Pipeline
• Collect, prepare, and transform data from multiple business sources and systems.
• Design, maintain, and improve data pipelines and automated data workflows.
• Verify and ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy prior to data loading and
reporting.
• Proactively improve current data architecture, reporting processes, and automation
capabilities to increase efficiency and reliability.
Data Governance & Centralization
• Support initiatives to standardize and centralize master data management across
functions.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to collect, standardize, validate, and maintain
high-quality data.
• Contribute to establishing and maintaining a reliable single source of truth for
enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Promote best practices in data governance, documentation, and reporting
consistency.
User Support & Stakeholder Management
• Troubleshoot issues related to dashboards, reports, and data discrepancies.
• Provide user training and ongoing support for Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate closely with business teams to ensure reporting solutions remain
relevant, scalable, and user-friendly.
