Job Description

Our Tech Stack:

  • We run our mobile platform on Flutter, utilizing a component-based, composable architecture.
  • AWS CodeCommit is our choice for all code repositories.
  • We are passionate about open source, contributing to and building our in-house tools and platforms on popular open source projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The FE ONLINE 2.0 project, responsible for the Financial and Digital Banking app, manages an end-to-end journey spanning multiple business lines at FE CREDIT, including Risk, Fraud, Marketing, Financial, and Banking services. Beyond engineering, our team connects all users and functions via the application we build.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, UX/UI, and Backend teams to design and develop new products, platforms, and features.
  • Senior engineers will serve as role models and mentors for junior team members.
  • Develop reusable mobile software components for the platform.
  • Work with QA to ensure seamless integration and delivery (CI/CD), as well as automated and manual testing, ensuring smooth app release cycles.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of live apps, improving both code and user experience.
  • Design, build, and enhance mobile experiences for one of the fastest-growing mobile apps in the FINTECH industry.
  • Provide technological leadership and promote engineering excellence within the team.
  • Communicate, collaborate, and work effectively across cross-functional teams in a global setting.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and implement solutions to address them.
  • Maintain high code quality, organization, and automation standards.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Dart/Flutter.
  • Proficiency in performance debugging.
  • Experience with experimental design, analysis, and performance tools.
  • Strong embrace of engineering culture and agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to accept failures, learn from them, and move forward quickly.
