Cadena is the undisputed market leader in HR and Payroll technology in Vietnam. We are now leveraging our dominant market position to launch a dedicated Hardware Business Unit.
We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of our Hardware portfolio in Vietnam. This is a unique opportunity to build a new vertical from the ground up while backed by the reputation, resources, and massive existing client base of Cadena. As the Sales Manager for this new unit, you will be the driving force behind our expansion into the Hardware space.
Our hardware portfolio is primarily focused on state-of-the-art biometric devices and access control systems (including fingerprint and facial recognition technology) designed to seamlessly integrate with Cadena’s core HR and payroll platform.
While our existing, extensive client base already provides an immediate stream of qualified leads and built-in demand, your mission goes far beyond low-hanging fruit. To truly scale this business unit, you will be expected to look past our current portfolio and aggressively target a much broader market, positioning Cadena’s integrated hardware solutions as the gold standard across Vietnam. Crucially, you will drive the strategy as our product offering expands beyond corporate environments—extending our reach from comprehensive smart office ecosystems into the rapidly growing smart home market.
Day-to-day you will:
- Leverage your network and existing customer data to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our hardware solutions to effectively communicate value propositions and address customer needs
- Conduct site surveys, product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and achieve sales targets.
