In close cooperation with the various technical teams, you will be responsible for :
- Administrating systems SAP, troubleshooting the issue raised by the customer or by the monitoring tool.
- Administrating databases (SQL Server / Oracle / DB2 / SAP HANA).
- Administrating operating systems (Windows / UNIX / Linux).
- Researching and implementing solutions for Basis functionality in the areas of performance monitoring, tuning, and systems configuration using the SAP Best Practice outlined
- Delivering new dimensional SAP systems to meet expanding business requirements including Installation, Migration and Upgrade systems.
- Maintaining multi-landscape environments (SAP ERP, S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP CRM, SAP SRM, etc…) through client copies, system refreshes, and transport management
- Implementing proper security measures in order to provide data integrity and confidentiality of information.
- Participating project activities for different customers
- Working with the team by respecting the quality of delivery
- Learn new SAP technologies like Focused Run solution, Landscape management.
- Learn new technologies Cloud AWS, Azure
- Participating team's meeting and disucssion with customers
- Participating on-call duty requirements on additional charges to suppor the customer systems during the weekend and off days.
- Willing to share knowledge with other team members.
