Solution Architecture Manager

1. Team Management
Build, manage, and develop the Solution Architects team, including task allocation, performance evaluation, coaching, and capability development.
2. Enterprise Architecture Development
Design and maintain the Enterprise Architecture Framework; develop a 3–5 year technology roadmap; and govern the overall architecture of core systems, including Core Banking, Loan Origination/Management, Card Management, and Payment Platforms.
3. Technology Solution Design
Lead the design of solution architecture for key projects; implement modern architectures such as Cloud/Hybrid, Microservices, Containerization, API Gateway, and ESB; design Data Architecture; and select appropriate technologies and vendors.
4. Security and Compliance Assurance
Ensure solutions comply with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and State Bank of Vietnam regulations; collaborate on security architecture design and risk management.
5. Project Governance and Coordination
Lead and approve critical architecture decisions; collaborate with PMO, Business Units, Vendors, and stakeholders; and manage technical risks.
6. Reporting and Strategic Advisory
Provide periodic reports to the Head of IT Architecture and the Board of Management, and advise on technology strategy.

Mandatory Requirements
1. Minimum 7 years of experience in banking, consumer finance, fintech, or other financial institutions.
2. Hands-on experience in implementing and/or integrating Core Banking, Loan Origination/Management, Card Management, and Payment Platforms.
3. Strong expertise in modern technologies, including Cloud (AWS/Azure/Hybrid), Microservices, API Management, Containerization/Kubernetes, DevOps/CI/CD, Data Architecture (DWH, Big Data, Analytics), and Security Architecture.
4. Strong people management and leadership skills, with experience in team leadership, stakeholder and vendor management, strategic thinking, and excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English, including negotiation skills.
5. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or equivalent disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Professional certifications such as TOGAF 9.x, AWS Solutions Architect – Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CISSP, PMP.
2. Experience in Digital Banking or Fintech Transformation initiatives.
3. Experience working in highly regulated environments (e.g. State Bank of Vietnam supervision, Visa/Mastercard membership).
4. Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI/ML applications in financial institutions.
