Mô tả Công việc

  • Maintenance and Support Ecommerce Platform.
  • Setup & configure system for new features.
  • Monitor application and provide bug-bug fixing support.
  • Supporting end user regarding to system/platform issues.
  • Prepare documentation & training to end user.
  • Participate in testing and handover processes to end user.
  • Co-ordinate and support for IT requisition from other Departments.
  • Collaborate with Dev team, Ecom team to build up system documentation like systems flow, SRS.
  • Analyze business requirements and identify necessary for system implementation.
  • Other tasks assigned by the supervisor/ manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
  • 1 years’ experience in IT support/implementation.
  • Experience with Ecommerce platform support.
  • Experience with Omi channel systems, Magento platform is a plus.
  • Pro-active, adaptive and good follow-through.
  • Experience with Retail/FnB system (POS/web/app) is a plus.
