IT Engineer (INF)

Job Description:

1. Operate and maintain of the network equipment and hardware

a. Routine management of the company network equipment and server

b. Responsible for the improvement, optimization and monitoring of the IT room

c. Responsible for troubleshooting and maintain of the company's network

2. IT desktop support

a. Responsible for the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of company application systems

b. Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of other IT equipment: printers, telephones, scanners and other equipment

c. Responsible for cooperating with the HR Department to deal with the reparation and distribution of IT equipment of employees.

3. Management responsibilities

a. Manage the daily work of the IT operation and maintenance team according to the requirements of the IT manager, and regularly report the running status of the IT operation and maintenance team.

b. Track and check the work objectives of the IT operation and maintenance team, assign and coordinate tasks for the daily work of the IT operation and maintenance team, and supervise the team members to complete them on time

c. Responsible for the ability management of team members

Experience Requirement：

More than 2 years of experience in IT operation and maintenance implementation and management；

Experience in ERP is an advantage

Knowledge、Skill Requirement：

Skilled in the installation and troubleshooting of Windows system computer hardware and software.

Proficient in installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Windows server operating system and virtual machines.

Priority will be given to those with a certain program foundation.

Basic English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

Personal Quality Requirement：

Integrity and integrity are principled, with a strong sense of responsibility and strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
