Senior Developer (HR Software)

Cadena is looking for a talented .NET Developer to join our team to evolve our HRIS products. The team you will be joining are highly agile and have a passion for the technology they produce and the results that it delivers. Day-to-day you will:

• Develop solutions from a system specification according to our agreed developmentstandards.
• Perform unit testing and troubleshoot applications built on ASP.NET, .NET, C#, JavaScript technologies and SQL Server.
• Practice standard development process leveraging agile methodologies such as SCRUM and TDD.
• Review and analyze business requirements and provide technical feasibility and estimates.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team including QA and Customer Support.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members

You are an experienced .NET Developer and you likely have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems or a related field.

• Experience with C# development using technologies including .NET, WinForms, WPF, XAML, along with a broad knowledge of design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Web stack (ASP.NET MVC) architecture and development as well as knowledge of web services such as SOAP and REST (WebAPI).
• Good grasp of JavaScript, HTML, Web Responsive Design and CSS.
• Familiarity with SQL database.
