Senior ERP Executive

A. Daily SAP S/4HANA Operational Support (Approx. 50%)

• Provide first-level functional support to business users for SAP S/4HANA.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system and process-related issues.
• Identify root causes and coordinate with external SAP vendors/consultants for issue resolution.
• Ensure smooth and stable daily SAP operations.

B. SAP S/4HANA Integration Project Support (Approx. 50%)

• Act as a key member of the SAP S/4HANA project team.
• Attend project workshops and support the Project Manager in project activities.
• Support Data Migration activities, including data extraction, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate and support business teams during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist business users during the Training phase, working with vendors to address gaps or issues.
• Provide post-go-live Hypercare support during the critical stabilization period.

Other Responsibilities

• Report task progress and issues to the Line Manager.
• Perform other ERP or project-related tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related IT fields.

Work Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in SAP support roles, preferably in MM / SD or Project System (PS) modules within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience participating in SAP implementation or roll-out projects.
• Knowledge of Business Consulting, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management is an advantage.
