Mô tả Công việc

  • Respond to consumer inquiries and clarify their requests, discuss development techniques with the customer and listen to their input.
  • Assist consumers with product structure, features, and materials.
  • Send information and keep track of fabric sourcing, materials, and quotation requests.
  • Coordinate requirements with the supplier.
  • Collaborate with parties to gather fabric costs and norms, then create a cost table to present to the customer service team for review and approval.
  • Monitor raw material development and approve the quality of developing materials
  • In charge of synchronizing materials in order to sew samples, follow up on sample development and Customer feedback
  • Work with customer service to complete and approve production samples.
  • Create an order checklist and submit it for approval to Account Customer Service.
  • Follow-up on sample development, delivery timetable, and sample sewing materials

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Gender: Male/ Female; Age: 28 - 35 years old
  • Graduated from College/university in Garment Field
  • At least 05 years of experience in garment manufacturing
  • Solid knowledge and experience in knitting fabric/technique.
  • Good command of English
