- Collect, analyze, and clarify business requirements related to data from internal departments and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the Data Analyst and Data Engineer teams.
- Develop and manage documentation: BRD, FRD, Use Cases, Data Flow, Data Mapping.
- Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams to ensure products/data meet requirements.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation of data-driven products.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience in Data/BI/Big Data projects.
- Strong understanding of Data models, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Proficiency in SQL with the ability to conduct independent data analysis for requirement validation.
- Experience working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in requirements management in Agile/Scrum projects.
