Position Overview:
Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Sales Analytics Specialist to turn data into insights that shape sales strategies and business growth. You will build impactful dashboards, maintain KPI frameworks, deliver ad-hoc analysis, and collaborate with both stakeholders and Data Engineers to strengthen our data foundation and enable smarter decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting Development Excellence
Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards/reports (Power BI, Excel) to monitor sales performance and market trends.
Ensure reports are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with business needs.
Ad-hoc Analysis
Deliver deep-dive analysis to support sales planning, distributor performance, and route-to-market strategies.
Translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
KPIs & Data Models Ownership
Define, standardize, and maintain KPI frameworks and reporting logics to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reports.
Manage and optimize sales-related datamarts, while contributing to data warehouse processes, integration, and governance to build a scalable and reliable data foundation.
Partner with Data Engineers to design and enhance data pipelines, ensuring high-quality, validated, and business-ready data for reporting and analytics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Route to Market, and external data providers (e.g., Nielsen) to align on data needs.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure analytics deliverables meet business objectives.
Project Management
Lead and support analytics initiatives with stakeholders, from requirement gathering to delivery and adoption.
Manage project timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure successful implementation of data-driven solutions.
