IT BA Intern - Hà Nội

IT Intern will work closely with the Project Manager to gather and analyze business requirements, document processes, and help in delivering insights to improve business operations. The intern will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, providing analytical support, and assisting with the design of efficient workflows and business systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Requirements Gathering: Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, surveys, and workshops.
2. Process Mapping: Help in creating process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams to better understand and optimize business processes.
3. We Learn Content: Transfer existing course materials such as PDFs, PowerPoint slides, videos, and documents into formats compatible with the WeLearn platform.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of tools like Miro, Draw.io is a plus.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
3. Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Familiar with working on digital platforms is a plus.
5. Working method: offline.
