IT Business Analyst Intern Full-time

JOB PURPOSE

An IT Business Analyst Intern assists in connecting business needs with IT solutions, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams. This role involves gathering requirements, analyzing data, and supporting project execution while gaining hands-on experience in business analysis and project management.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Collect and understand business operations and system requirements from internal departments of the company.
• Support internal departments in defining product requirements.
• Learn, create, and manage documentation: user requirements documents (BRD), system design documents (FSD), or similar documents.
• Assist the product testing team.
• Assist in building MS Power BI Dashboards.
• Others task assigned by Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Available to work full-time in 6 months
• Possess basic analytical thinking and system analysis skills.
• Proficient in office software.
• Capable of writing documentation.
• Quick, careful, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Ability to read and write MS SQL and C# is an advantage.
• Knowledge on MS Power BI, and MS Power Automate is a plus.
• Basic knowledge on ERP (SAP) is preferable.
• Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
