1. Main tasks
Researching and implementing applications within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Act as a core member of the company’s Microsoft 365 transformation project, contributing to the planning, deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of digital workplace infrastructure and applications in alignment with project phases and business requirements.
Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including:
Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Viva
Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Purview, and related services
User adoption, training and support
- Plan and implement user adoption initiatives for Microsoft 365 tools
- Develop and deliver user training materials and E-learning content
- Conduct internal technical knowledge transfer and act as a technical support supervisor
2. Other tasks
- Support other IT and digital workplace initiatives as assigned by the System Manager or IT leadership.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective use of Microsoft 365 tools.
- Perform other related tasks as required to support business operations.
