IT Infrastructure & System Management
Manage, operate, and maintain IT systems including internal network, servers, computers, email systems, and data storage.
Ensure system stability, minimize downtime, and establish regular backup/restore plans.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and maintain office IT equipment.
Monitor system performance and propose upgrade solutions when necessary.
Cybersecurity & Data Protection
Establish information security processes: password management, access control, user authorization, and company data protection.
Prevent and handle IT incidents (viruses, phishing, data loss, cyberattacks).
Develop and maintain internal IT Security policies and guide employees to comply.
Business Application Support
Manage and support software systems used in the company
(e.g., CRM, ERP, accounting software, ticketing systems, HRM, etc.).Collaborate with departments to optimize workflows through technology (automation, forms, workflows, etc.).
Act as the main point of contact with software vendors and technology solution providers.
IT Helpdesk & User Support
Receive, categorize, and resolve IT support requests from employees.
Set up an SLA / internal ticket handling standards (if needed).
Provide basic training for employees on working tools such as email, drive, security practices, and IT procedures.
IT Project Management & Digital Transformation
Plan and implement IT projects: system upgrades, data migration, deployment of new tools.
Develop an IT roadmap aligned with the company’s business growth strategy.
Monitor project progress, budget, and quality.
Vendor & Budget Management
Manage vendors for IT equipment, cloud services, and licensed software.
Build annual IT budgets and optimize operating costs.
Negotiate contracts and periodically evaluate service quality.
