We are looking for a Korean-speaking Project Manager / Project Coordinator to work closely with our Korean owner and Vietnamese development team.
The main responsibility of this position is to facilitate communication and coordinate work between the Korean management team and Vietnamese employees.
This position is open to both candidates with previous PM experience and candidates who are new to project management.
For candidates with strong Korean communication skills but limited experience, we provide an opportunity to learn and grow into the role.
For experienced candidates, we expect you to take greater ownership of project management, team coordination, scheduling, and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
1. Korean–Vietnamese Communication
- Communicate daily with the Korean owner and Vietnamese employees
- Accurately understand instructions and requirements given in Korean
- Clearly communicate Korean instructions to Vietnamese team members
- Translate Korean messages, documents, and work-related information when necessary
- Help resolve misunderstandings between Korean management and Vietnamese employees
- Report Vietnamese team feedback, questions, progress, and issues to the Korean owner
2. Project & Task Management
- Organize and manage tasks assigned by the Korean owner
- Communicate tasks and requirements to the appropriate team members
- Monitor task progress and deadlines
- Follow up on unfinished or delayed tasks
- Track important project schedules and milestones
- Identify potential delays and communicate them proactively
- Help establish priorities and coordinate resources when necessary
3. Daily Project Coordination
- Monitor the daily progress of ongoing projects
- Coordinate communication between different departments and team members
- Collect project updates from employees
- Summarize important progress, issues, and requests for the Korean owner
- Organize meeting notes and action items
- Ensure important decisions and requirements are properly communicated to everyone involved
4. Game Development Support
- Support communication between Game Design, Art, Development, QA, and other departments
- Monitor the overall development process
- Follow up on development and QA issues
- Help coordinate client feedback and development requirements
- Track changes in project scope, priorities, and deadlines
- Identify potential project risks and communicate them to management
5. Project Management
For candidates with previous PM experience:
- Take ownership of project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate multiple departments and project resources
- Identify and manage project risks
- Resolve project issues and communication problems
- Improve project workflows and team communication
- Prepare project status reports for management
- Lead meetings and follow up on action items
- Support overall project planning and execution
