The MarTech & CX Specialist serves as the technical architect of PPP Laser Clinic’s digital ecosystem. This role is responsible for engineering a seamless, high-converting journey that reflects the premium, non-invasive excellence of our clinical treatments. The objective is to fuse world-class technical SEO, data integrity, and conversion optimization (CRO) to ensure our digital flagship performs with clinical precision.

The Digital Flagship (Web & UX)
Orchestrate a frictionless mobile-first experience. Ensure every click and scroll reflects our "Clean, Clinical, Luxurious" aesthetic and brand pillars.
Conversion Engineering (CRO)
Design and execute A/B testing frameworks. Implement psychographic-driven conversion elements that resonate with a high-net-worth audience.
Data Integrity & Attribution
Architect a "Single Source of Truth." Manage GTM and GA4 configurations to provide 100% clarity on CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and MER (Media Efficiency Ratio).
Technical SEO & Authority
Maintain pristine site health, Schema markup for medical expertise, and Core Web Vital dominance to ensure organic leadership in the aesthetic sector.
Marketing Stack Synergy
Integrate CRM, POS, and Advertising Platforms (Meta/Google CAPI) to automate lead nurturing and ensure zero lead leakage.
3. CORE KPIs & PERFORMANCE TARGETS Primary Performance Benchmarks- Conversion Rate: Achieve a 10–15% average consultation booking rate on campaign landing pages.
