SOFTWARE ENGINEER – INTERNAL SYSTEMS (ERP FOCUS) (Middle Level – Java/AWS)

Working Location: R&D Center – Long Cang, Can Duoc, Long An
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are seeking a Software Engineer to design and develop the company’s internal core systems, starting with the ERP platform and expanding toward scalable digital infrastructure that supports Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations.

This is a foundational engineering role responsible for building secure, cloud-native, and maintainable enterprise systems that will evolve alongside the company’s growth.

• Design and develop ERP and internal systems using Java (Spring Boot).

• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions following Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

• Develop RESTful APIs and distributed system components.

• Build event-driven and message-driven services using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or AWS SQS.

• Design and manage AWS databases including RDS (MySQL/PostgreSQL), DynamoDB, ElastiCache.

• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred).

• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.

• Ensure system scalability, security, performance, and cost optimization.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing Java applications using Spring / Spring Boot.

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and distributed systems.

• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture.

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

• Solid knowledge of event-driven systems and patterns such as CQRS and Event Sourcing.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong analytical and system design capabilities.

• AWS certification is a plus
