Working with a young and talented team, we are looking for Intermediate and Senior Video Editors who specialize in editing - turning raw product footage into high-performing ad videos that capture attention across social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Applovin.
You will assemble, cut, and refine footage into engaging, conversion-driven ads, applying strong editing techniques, pacing, hooks, and storytelling to drive results. Collaborating closely with in-house Content Specialists and Graphic Designers, you will ensure each video is seamless, visually compelling, and clearly communicates the intended message to the target audience.
This is a performance-driven role with strong growth opportunities - ideal for editors who want to sharpen their craft and create impactful ad content.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Edit high-impact short-form video ads (TikTok, Reels, Meta) that clearly showcase product benefits and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with Design and Content teams to align on creative direction and optimize product conversion rates.
- Continuously apply new editing techniques, trends, and AI workflows to improve quality and efficiency.
- Take ownership of video ads for assigned products, managing multiple tasks and delivering high-quality outputs on time.
