Job Description

  • Research & evaluate AI tools to identify the best solutions for content creation, marketing automation, media operations, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Deploy & integrate AI into workflows to enhance creative production, optimize advertising campaigns, and personalize audience engagement.
  • Train & guide teams on leveraging AI effectively, focusing on creative AI applications and automation in digital media.
  • Monitor & optimize AI performance, ensuring practical value and measurable impact on efficiency and revenue.
  • Collaborate with vendors & technical teams to customize AI solutions based on business needs.

Job Requirement

  • At least 2 years of experience in technology or AI project management, preferably in advertising, media, or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Hands-on experience in applying AI to media and advertising operations is highly preferred.
  • Excellent prompt engineering skills and the ability to train end-users effectively.
