Job Description

  • Analyze the capacity status based on the annual plan, factory line, and the average production of the previous season.
  • Make the capacity analysis chart and collaborate with CN planning to determine the capacity solution.
  • Be responsible for negotiating with the factory to get line commitment, and then book capacity.
  • Follow the timeframe set by CN planning and the sales team to ensure that OP is released on time.
  • In charge of cooperating with compliance about the audit factory timeline.
  • Analysis and understanding of product strength to allocate capacity percentage.
  • Maintain communication and relationships with factory management and provide support if urgent.

Job Requirement

  • Gender: Male/Female; Age: 27 - 45 years old.
  • Graduate from University.
  • Have 5 years of experience in planning in garment, with 2 years in the leader position.
  • Good at English.
