Job Description

  • Oversee all business and operational activities at the Da Nang Office.
  • Handle business negotiations, identify market opportunities, and develop company products for the branch.
  • Ensure that company policies and legal regulations are effectively communicated throughout the organization and adhered to consistently.
  • Manage human resources, including training and team development, to ensure efficient branch operations.
  • Collaborate with other branches to improve operational procedures and service quality.
  • Monitor business performance indicators and report branch results to the Country Manager.
  • Ensure the branch complies with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Safeguard the company’s assets, technology, and trade secrets.

Job Requirement

  • Male/Female, under 45 years old
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 2-3 years of working experience as Branch Manager or Sales Manager in Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics
  • Good at English
  • Possesses strong negotiation and project management skills, with a self-motivated and performance-driven attitude.
