Job Description

  • Manage, check documents of expenses incurred corresponding to the transactions recorded in the system.
  • Coordinating related departments to plan the cash flow for spending.
  • Manage the payment plan and submit it to the Board of Directors and Chief Accountant for approval.
  • Manage and control accounts payable.
  • Reconcile transactions with banks.
  • Management organization and store documents according to regulations.
  • Periodic reports according to the assigned work.

Job Requirement

  • Male/Female. Under 38 years old
  • Graduated from University majoring in Accounting - Finance
  • Have at least 4 years of experience working in a payable accounting position for a manufacturing company and at least 2 years of experience as a supervisor
  • Good at English
