Job Description

HRchannels Group – 16 năm cung cấp dịch vụ tuyển dụng cấp cao tại Việt Nam hiện cần tuyển Chuyên viên tuyển dụng làm việc tại Hà Nội:

- Đại diện HRchannels Group, tìm kiếm và thẩm định chất lượng ứng viên, đánh giá hồ sơ tiềm năng nhất để tiến cử cho Khách hàng.

- Đại diện cho khách hàng của HRchannels, tiến hành phỏng vấn vòng 1 đối với tất cả ứng viên.

- Tiếp cận ứng viên một cách chuyên nghiệp, nhanh chóng, hiệu quả.

Job Requirement

- Nữ, tốt nghiệp Đại học.

- Trên 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc, không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng

- Sử dụng thành thạo outlook, word; Excel 

- Có thể sử dụng ngoại ngữ trong công việc là lợi thế (Tiếng Anh, Tiếng Trung, Tiếng Hàn, Tiếng Nhật)

- Yêu thích kinh doanh

- Ngoại hình ưa nhìn, khuôn mặt sáng. 

- Tư duy nhạy bén

- Hoạt bát, nhanh nhẹn. 

- Giao tiếp khéo léo, tinh tế. 

Quyền lợi: 

- Lương cứng hấp dẫn + Hoa hồng hàng tháng + Thưởng (13 - 16 tháng lương/năm)

- Đóng BHXH đầy đủ theo luật

- Được tham gia đào tạo > 20 khóa nghiệp vụ tuyển dụng ứng viên cao cấp trong 1 năm

- Lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng

- Môi trường trẻ, nhiệt huyết, hỗ trợ từ đồng nghiệp

- Nghỉ thứ 7 & Chủ nhật hàng tuần
