1. Define the sales system roadmap to make sure the long-term development plan is aligned to the business strategy, which includes:
2. Control the compliance of the sales team in implementing company regulations and Marketing Plan
3. Identify Risk and Impact of Distribution system, Market and Competitors.
4. Perform data mining and analysis using business intelligence tools (Power BI) to generate insights for decision-making.
