Overview

As the Senior Finance Controller at JDI Group, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the financial health of the organization. You will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

● Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

● Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

2. Financial Operations Management:

● Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

● Implement and maintain efficient financial systems and processes.

3. Risk Management:

● Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk assessment and management strategies.

● Monitor market trends and economic factors affecting the organization.

4. Strategic Financial Planning:

● Work closely with executive leadership to develop financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

● Provide financial insights to support business expansion and investment decisions.

5. Financial Modeling and Analysis:

● Develop financial models to evaluate potential investments, projects, and acquisitions.

● Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess various business strategies

Are you the right fit?

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

● Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior finance analysis or controller role.

● Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.

● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling tools.

● Excellent leadership and team management skills.

● Strong communication and presentation abilities.

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

● High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
