Mô tả Công việc

Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for a Data Analytics Assistant Manager (ID18200, 900USD):

  • Consolidate and standardize data from the Management System (service & parts).
  • Build dashboards and reports to track performance and highlight key issues
  • Analyze the effectiveness of after-sales campaigns (e.g., promotions, customer care) and provide actionable recommendations
  • Act as the key data liaison for the After-Sales team, working closely with other departments on projects such as Vehicle Connected Systems, CRM, and dealer systems.
  • Prepare and update periodic performance reports, including standardized PDCA reports
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data/business analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Power BI.
  • Good command of English (TOEIC ≥ 600 or equivalent); able to conduct interviews in English.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
