AI Automation Builder/ AI Automation Enginee

We're not looking for a résumé. We're looking for someone who has actually built things with AI.
CHUS.vn is a Vietnamese artisan gifting platform. We also run fertilizer and commodity trading across Asia. Two very different businesses — both being rebuilt with AI and automation. We need someone to lead that work.
What you'll do

• Design and build automation workflows using Claude, Zapier, Slack, and whatever tools get the job done
• Turn repetitive manual work across operations, e-commerce, and communications into automated pipelines
• Spot new automation opportunities as AI tools evolve — then execute, not just recommend
• Ship fast. Prototype in hours, not weeks.

What we're looking for

• You've automated something that used to take hours down to minutes — in any context, any industry
• You've connected APIs, built Zapier flows, or written scripts to eliminate manual work
• You move fast and figure things out as you go
• You ask "why is a human doing this?" more than most people
• English or Vietnamese communication is fine

What we don't care about

• Your degree (or lack of one)
• Your job title or company name
• How long your CV is
