ROLE OVERVIEW
The NetSuite Specialist will be the internal owner of our Vietnam NetSuite ERP environment. This is a hands-on operational and technical role responsible for day-to-day system administration, configuration, user support, and the coordination of ongoing implementation and development work. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between end users and the system, ensuring NetSuite is properly configured, maintained, and leveraged to support the business across finance, operations, procurement, and logistics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
System Administration & Configuration
– Administer and maintain the NetSuite environment on a day-to-day basis, including user management, roles and permissions, and system settings
– Configure and adjust NetSuite modules, forms, fields, workflows and saved searches to meet evolving business requirements
– Monitor system performance, identify issues, and coordinate with NetSuite support or external consultants as needed
– Manage system updates, patch releases and sandbox testing prior to production deployment
– Maintain documentation of configurations, customisations and processes
Implementation & Project Coordination
– Coordinate ongoing NetSuite implementation activities, including scoping, testing, and go-live support for new modules or entities
– Liaise with external NetSuite implementation partners and developers to manage delivery timelines and quality
– Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications
– Support the rollout of NetSuite across new business units, subsidiaries, or geographies within the group
End User Support & Training
– Serve as the first point of contact for NetSuite-related queries, issues and requests from internal users
– Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues in a timely and effective manner
– Develop and deliver training materials and onboarding programmes for new and existing users
– Create and maintain user guides, SOPs and quick reference documentation
– Proactively identify recurring pain points and propose system or process improvements to address them
Reporting & Data Management
– Build and maintain saved searches, reports, dashboards and KPIs within NetSuite to support management decision-making
– Ensure data integrity across the system — identify inconsistencies, manage data clean-up initiatives, and establish input standards
– Support month-end and year-end closing processes by providing relevant system outputs and reconciliations
– Assist the finance team with NetSuite-based reporting for audit, tax, and compliance purposes
Process Improvement & Integration
– Identify opportunities to improve business processes through better use of NetSuite functionality
– Support integration efforts between NetSuite and third-party tools (logistics, e-commerce, banking, HR platforms)
– Participate in cross-functional projects where ERP inputs or outputs are required
