- System and IT infrastructure Management: Installing, upgrading, and maintaining server hardware, software, and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN).
- Technical Support: Troubleshooting IT issues, resolving system outages, and managing user accounts. Managing user accounts, permissions, and access right in alignment with group policies.
- Security & Data Protection: Monitoring network security, implementing firewalls, and conducting data backups and disaster recovery plans. Coordinate with the Group IT Security team to address security alerts, vulnerabilities, and audit findings.
- Documentation: Documenting IT policies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Inventory Management: Managing IT hardware and software inventory.
- IT policy: implementing IT policies from Group, training employees about IT security.
- Report: supporting to get reports as BODs’ requests from SAP, Lingdang system, and other reports about IT if needed.
- Support: admin tasks as assigned.
