- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend components supporting mission-critical business applications.
- Design and optimize database structures, queries, and system performance for large-scale data processing.
- Build reliable event-driven solutions using technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in system architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Improve application performance, security, stability, and overall code quality.
- Support CI/CD processes, deployment activities, and production troubleshooting when required.
- Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, and deployment guides.
- Continuously explore new technologies and leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of Backend Development experience using Java/Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with Microservices, REST APIs, relational databases, and message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Familiar with Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for building scalable, high-quality software.
- Experience with gRPC, ReactJS/NextJS, AI-assisted coding tools, or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
