132417 - Marketing Executive - IT

RGF's Client - a Japanese IT company - is looking for a Marketing Executive to contribute to the company's growth by executing marketing campaigns, improving brand visibility, and supporting market expansion.

• Working Location:  Dich Vong Hau ward, Ha Noi
• Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～23,000,000VND

1. Support B2B Marketing & Lead Generation

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Assist in B2B lead generation activities
• Support marketing campaigns and collaborate with the Sales team to improve lead generation and conversion.

2. Tech Academy Marketing (B2C)

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to acquire students for technology training programs, including:
• Manage social media channels and digital marketing campaigns.
• Organize workshops, webinars, tech events, and community activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize marketing effectiveness.

3. Content Marketing

• Create and manage marketing content.
• Coordinate with designers and internal stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Maintain and update website content and digital assets.

4. Marketing Operations

• Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Support SEO, website optimization, and marketing automation activities.
• Research market trends, competitors, and customer insights to improve marketing strategies.

• Bachelor's Degree
• Business-level Japanese or English
• 3+ years of marketing experience in the IT industry
• Marketing experience for B2C
• At least 2 years of continuous experience with one company (No frequent job hopping)
• Experience in content creation and social media marketing
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or Google Analytics

Preferable Experience:

• Experience in EdTech, Education, IT, SaaS, or Technology companies.
• Experience in video content creation (TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Experience organizing events or communities.
• English communication skills.
