Job Descriptions

  • Assist in responding to technical support requests via phone, chat, or email.
  • Shadow senior IT staff to learn diagnosis and resolution of hardware/software issues.
  • Support users by guiding them through basic troubleshooting steps.
  • Help categorize and process tickets in the Support Service system.
  • Participate in monitoring and documenting incidents and resolutions.
  • Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and mailboxes under supervision.
  • Learn to apply basic security measures (OS updates, antivirus installation, log monitoring).
  • Support training sessions for employees on IT tools and systems.
  • Report progress and challenges to the direct supervisor

Job Requirement

  • Currently pursuing a University/College degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
  • Commit to 6 months internship with full-time work

Skills & Knowledge (Preferred but not mandatory)

  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems.
  • Basic understanding of LAN/WAN networks.
  • Interest in virtualization (VMWare), cloud platforms (Google/AWS/Azure), or security fundamentals.
  • Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (B1 level or higher preferred).
  • Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
