- Assist in responding to technical support requests via phone, chat, or email.
- Shadow senior IT staff to learn diagnosis and resolution of hardware/software issues.
- Support users by guiding them through basic troubleshooting steps.
- Help categorize and process tickets in the Support Service system.
- Participate in monitoring and documenting incidents and resolutions.
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and mailboxes under supervision.
- Learn to apply basic security measures (OS updates, antivirus installation, log monitoring).
- Support training sessions for employees on IT tools and systems.
