- Collaborate and consult directly with Thai customers to define, document, and finalize requirements, technical specifications, working processes, and proposed technical solutions.
- Facilitate the smooth and accurate transfer of customer requirements and specifications from Thai stakeholders to the Vietnam development and project teams.
- This is an onsite position located in Vietnam.

- Proven experience working directly with or managing relationships with Thai customers/stakeholders.
- Solid experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), focusing on Web/Cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management or coordinating complex IT projects. (PMP certification is a strong plus).
- Excellent command of English and Vietnamese (written and verbal). (Proficiency in Japanese is highly valued).
- Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results against demanding timelines.
- Prior onsite working experience in Thailand is a significant plus.
