Pre-sales Consultant (ERP)

Cadena is the undisputed market leader in HR and Payroll technology in Vietnam. We are now leveraging our dominant market position to launch a dedicated ERP Business Unit.

Cadena is looking for a talented ERP Consultant to support the implementation and sales of our ERP portfolio in Vietnam.

Day-to-day you will:

• Implement and configure Oracle NetSuite and other ERP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into NetSuite or other ERP solutions.
• Document processes, configurations, and modifications for internal knowledge management.
• Customize modules, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure efficient adoption.
• Attend meetings with sales managers and provide product demonstrations as a technical expert.
• Prepare and maintain master data in standard product and product demo.
• Prepare a set of configurations and maintain master data used for product demonstrations.

You are an experienced Oracle NetSuite consultant and have a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer engineering, management information systems or a related field.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Confident presenting for large groups
• Self-motivated and highly adaptive in challenging situations with strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Service-oriented with a proven ability to prioritize tasks in a stressful environment.
