SVI là một trung tâm nghiên cứu và hợp tác đa lĩnh vực, được thành lập dưới hình thức doanh nghiệp xã hội theo quy định của luật pháp Việt Nam. Công ty được thiết kế để tạo điều kiện thuận lợi và củng cố sự trao đổi tư duy và sáng tạo giữa các nhà nghiên cứu, học giá, và cộng đồng nói chung của Úc và Việt Nam.
SVI is a multidisciplinary research and engagement hub established as a social enterprise under the laws of Vietnam. It is designed to facilitate and strengthen intellectual and creative exchange between Australian and Vietnamese researchers, academics and the broader community.

Chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm một Chuyên gia CNTT có kinh nghiệm để hỗ trợ quản lý, vận hành và bảo mật hệ thống, hạ tầng và dịch vụ CNTT của tổ chức. Vị trí này chịu trách nhiệm đảm bảo hoạt động CNTT hằng ngày ổn định, hỗ trợ người dùng hiệu quả, phối hợp với các đối tác liên quan và góp phần bảo vệ hệ thống, dữ liệu trước các rủi ro an toàn thông tin.
We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to support the management, operation, and security of the organization’s IT systems, infrastructure, and services. This role is responsible for ensuring stable day-to-day IT operations, providing effective user support, coordinating with relevant partners, and helping protect systems and data from information security risks.
Nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm/Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Quản lý CNTT/IT Management:
Chuyên gia CNTT chịu trách nhiệm quản lý, vận hành và hỗ trợ các hệ thống, hạ tầng và dịch vụ CNTT nhằm đảm bảo hoạt động ổn định, an toàn và hiệu quả. Các nhiệm vụ chính bao gồm:/ The IT Specialist is responsible for managing, operating, and supporting IT systems, infrastructure, and services to ensure stable, secure, and efficient operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Cung cấp hỗ trợ kỹ thuật kịp thời cho người dùng cuối về phần cứng, phần mềm, hệ thống và các vấn đề CNTT thường gặp./Provide timely technical support to end users on hardware, software, systems, and common IT issues.
- Giám sát, duy trì và hỗ trợ hạ tầng CNTT, bao gồm mạng, máy chủ, thiết bị phần cứng và các ứng dụng phần mềm./Monitor, maintain, and support IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software applications.
- Hỗ trợ đào tạo, hướng dẫn nhân viên áp dụng các thực hành tốt trong sử dụng hệ thống và công cụ CNTT./Support training and guide staff in applying best practices for using IT systems and tools.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận CNTT của Đại học Sydney, nhà cung cấp bên ngoài và các bên liên quan để tối ưu hóa dịch vụ, giải pháp và quy trình mua sắm CNTT./Coordinate with Sydney University ICT, external vendors, and relevant stakeholders to optimize IT services, solutions, and procurement processes.
2. An ninh mạng/Cybersecurity Support:
Chuyên gia CNTT hỗ trợ tăng cường an ninh mạng thông qua việc triển khai biện pháp bảo mật, giám sát rủi ro và sự cố, quản lý lỗ hổng và phối hợp bảo vệ hệ thống, dữ liệu của tổ chức. Các nhiệm vụ chính bao gồm:/ The IT Specialist supports cybersecurity by implementing security measures, monitoring risks and incidents, managing vulnerabilities, and helping protect the organization’s systems and data. Key responsibilities include:
- Triển khai, vận hành và duy trì các biện pháp bảo mật như bảo vệ thiết bị đầu cuối, mã hóa dữ liệu, kiểm soát truy cập và tăng cường tường lửa./Implement, operate, and maintain security measures such as endpoint protection, data encryption, access controls, and firewall enhancement.
- Giám sát hoạt động mạng, phát hiện dấu hiệu vi phạm bảo mật và hỗ trợ ứng phó sự cố CNTT/an toàn thông tin./Monitor network activity, detect potential security breaches, and support IT/information security incident response.
- Hỗ trợ đánh giá rủi ro, quét lỗ hổng, kiểm tra xâm nhập và lập báo cáo kỹ thuật về sự cố, vi phạm dữ liệu hoặc lỗ hổng bảo mật./Support risk assessments, vulnerability scans, penetration testing, and technical reporting on incidents, data breaches, or security vulnerabilities.
- Xây dựng, cập nhật chính sách, quy trình bảo mật và tổ chức tập huấn cho nhân viên về rủi ro, thực hành tốt về an ninh mạng./Develop and update security policies and procedures, and provide staff training on cybersecurity risks and best practices.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận An ninh mạng của Đại học Sydney, nhà cung cấp bên ngoài và các bên liên quan để nâng cao hiệu quả an ninh mạng./Coordinate with the Sydney University Cybersecurity team, external providers, and relevant stakeholders to enhance cybersecurity effectiveness.
