What You’ll Own & Drive
- Compliance Oversight: Monitor compliance across all departments; review and update policies and procedures; identify risks, implement mitigation actions, and report non‑compliance to leadership
- Audit & Certification: Lead internal audits from planning to reporting; coordinate external audits with certification bodies and customers; ensure successful completion of GDPR, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and other certifications.
- Compliance Communication: Act as the compliance contact point for all departments; respond to inquiries from customers, clients, and regulators; facilitate collaboration across departments to resolve compliance issues quickly.
- Training & Awareness: Develop training materials on governance, compliance, and legal topics; deliver workshops and learning sessions; promote a culture of ethics, integrity, and compliance throughout the organization.
- Documentation & Policy Management: Maintain audit documentation and evidence logs; prepare compliance responses for internal and external stakeholders; ensure timely updates and version control of compliance policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve compliance frameworks, QMS, and ISMS; work with cross‑functional teams to identify process improvements; support the organization in meeting customer expectations, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.
